Product Description

The 100% natural Merino Kids Baby Sleep Bag is the world's finest baby sleep sack. Its remarkable natural merino fabric and award-winning design help your baby to sleep safely through the night.

Crafted from superfine allergy-safe merino wool, the Merino Kids baby sleep sack is luxuriously soft and light upon your baby's body. It fits babies safely up to two years and its quality workmanship guarantees years of wear.

Babies can take as long as a year to develop the full capability to regulate their own body temperature, which is why they often wake too hot or too cold. Only merino fabric has the remarkable natural ability to regulate body temperature and the Merino Kids baby sleep sack is ideal all-year-round for nursery room temperatures from 64°F to 75°F. It captures and circulates air to insulate your baby when the room temperature falls, and releases excess body heat and moisture as the room temperature rises, to create the perfect safe micro-climate around their body.

Your baby has the freedom to move naturally in their Merino Kids baby sleep sack but they cannot slip underneath, nor wriggle out and wake uncovered and cold, as can happen with blankets. Parents get a good night's sleep with the peace of mind that their baby won't get too cold or too hot and their baby's head won't get covered.

Reduces certain SIDS risk factors: promotes back sleeping; sleeveless for better air circulation; fabric stays clear of baby's face; reduced risk of overheating due to merino's natural body temperature-regulating capability.

The innovative safety belt aperture allows the sleep sack to be worn safely in car or stroller, making it easy to transfer them asleep to and from their crib.

100% natural long staple cotton outer layer for extra durability. Opens up flat for easy dressing. Unzips from the bottom for quick diaper changes.

Free matching travel bag included. Machine washable. Can be tumble-dried. Contains no polyester. Naturally fire resistant.

Magic Sleep Sack

I was given this sleep sack when my baby was born, she still wears it at night and she still has room to grow. It's been fantastic, regulating her temperature and I know she is perfectly warm. When transferring baby to the car seat the merino sleep sack has a convenient design which allows baby not to be disturbed and makes going out a breeze. The dome on the shoulder unclips for feeding time and this sleep sack washes well and drys fast. I am very impressed and rate this an essential item for any new mother.

I switched to sleep bags because my son kept wriggling loose of his bedding and waking up cold. At first I tried a quilted sleep bag which worked ok on cold nights but sometimes it made him too hot and I would find him red in the face. The other issue with the quilted one was that it bunched up around his mouth which made me nervous and I was always checking on him. Then I was given a merino kids sleep bag and it is so much better. My son never gets too hot and it hugs his chest and never rides up. If you have tried other sleep bags and been put off, I recommend you give the Merino Kids one a go. You'll be amazed at the difference.
long lasting and roomy

My grandson's merino kids sleep sack still fits him fine at 18 months old. Plenty of room to grow and all year use make it really good value. You don't need to buy sleep sacks for every size and season. My grandson is happy to wear his sleep sack because it is so roomy for his legs. He will sit happily in his sleep sack and watch TV or read books to wind down before bedtime. Highly recommend if you want a long lasting sleep sack.
LOVE IT!

This is just what we needed!! We were having sleep trouble with our 2 month old... too hot, too cold... blanket, no blanket? Now it is no longer a question! Our baby is comfortable every night & is sleeping 8 hours...IN A ROW!! Diaper changes are a breeze too, since the zipper opens at the bottom! We haven't tried it with the carseat or stroller, but looks like it would be very convenient. We highly reccomend the Merino Kids Baby Sleep Sack.
Even though it is more expensive that the others on the market, it does give room for your child to grow (says up to 2 years old)& we won't have to buy a new one every few months! We are debating getting 2nd one to have when the 1st is in the wash! One draw back...it is supposed to be air dried & since the outer layer is a nice heavy cotton, it can take a while for the outside to dry!
We don't even want to go a night without it...totally worth it! Happy Sleeping!!
Beautiful

This is a beautiful and EXTREMELY well made sleep sack. The quality is AMAZING, and I love the fact I can put my daughter in the car with it. Helped us when we were driving home from dinner at a friends house.
It kept my daughter warm and cozy, and we put her right to bed when we got home.
My daughter doesn't like it at regular bedtime though - might be the fact she is barely two and a half and loves getting out of bed a millions times at bedtime (she is in a regular bed because she climbed out of her crib at 17 months even when she had a sleep sack on).
This thing is a little overpriced in my opinion, I am from Germany, and you can get amazing sleep sacks in Germany filled with down for kids as old as three or four for less than half this price. And they are made by Sterntaler, one of the top companies for children and baby products, so the quality is AWESOME.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to order one of those on amazon, and my mom wasn't able at the time to buy one and send it to me, so I just went with this.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a great quality product, this is definitely it (.... just a little overpriced).
