I like to wake up feeling refreshed and energized for the day ahead. I really like the feeling of being snuggled in my blankets especially when it is just a bit on the cool side in my bedroom. I really do not like to get out of bed under these conditions but I know I must to go on with my day.

I think that babies also like the feeling of being snuggled or swaddled. I know some newborns like the feeling of being swaddled and for some babies it is hard to transition from the swaddling phase to the non swaddling phase. I have read that the baby sleeping bag is a fabulous transition tool to be used during this stage.

Nothing beats having a baby sleep the entire night so you can have an entire to sleep, trust me it is a precious thing. One thing I have found that helps your baby sleep better is to feel swaddled and not get too cold. Babies often kick their blanket off at night thus making them too cold sometimes and making them get up thus making you get up. Are you starting to see how a baby sleeping bag can possibly help you get a better nights sleep? I hope so.

The baby sleeping bag will also make it so your baby has to lay on his back to fall asleep. It makes it harder for him to toss and turn. He still has plenty of room to kick his little legs around but this helps so he is not crawling around the cot or crib and is focusing on getting to sleep.

So the baby sleeping bag helps keep your baby warm the entire night so it does not kick off its blanket. It also helps the baby feel swaddled and comfy like it is used to being by its mother. The baby sleeping bag is also useful as a transition tool from the swaddling phase to the blanket phase. We do not want to use a blanket though because it may end up over his little face and we do not want him to be breathing in his own carbon dioxide and possibly dying from that. That would not be a good thing, obviously. This is another reason why I am a fan of the baby sleeping bag because of its design if it is sized right it will be impossible for the bag to go over the baby’s head.
